Tell him you like him first. If all si well after that then just ask him if he wants to go out with you. Plan a date. Its really not complicated.

u could say what up I got to talk to u and tell him how u feel.
If in highschool u could ask him to the dance. Just act like yourself. Guys like it when u act like yourself.

just tell him how you feel, preferrably in private. never a good idea to tell a guy how you feel when you have an audience.
