Me and my bf broke up las tweek. We haved known each other for 6 years. and dated off and on in that time.
I can't stop running my mouth, who is he with,whats he doing, is he dating? Why doesnt he love me?
I know im running him away how can I stop?

If you really love him and want him back then that should be motivation enough for you to stop. You have already ran him away and he is going to keep running (and probably any other man by the way) if you don't stop being such a control freak and a nag.
If there is no trust in the relationship then it is not going to work anyway - with this guy or anyone else.
Maybe you should get a hobby and get more involved in somethings that you like. Stop making the man your entire world - because it kind of seems like that is the way it is.
Give him a chance to miss you. You were probably suffocating him. And most men don't like that unless he is a real "mom-ma's boy".
Learn to trust your man and be less of a nag. Being concerned is good, but just don't over do it. Become more confident within yourself that you are a great person with a lot to offer and a man would be crazy for leaving or cheating on you to begin with.
And hey if he doesn't come back it was his lost. It may hurt, but don't let it totally devastate your life. There are still good guys out there so don't let yourself pine over something too long that may not be meant to be. There is too much in life to enjoy!!

Guys doesn't want anybody tailing his back. The way you could win him back is pretend to be as if you are not concerned with him and whatever he does, although you do like to know everything about him. Be busy and do your own thing. Do activities that would keep you away from thinking about him and the years you went through. Convince yourself that nomatter what you do to win him back, you will never get him back. For sure he is also concerned about you but men are not like us women who are showy and so obvious. Just stay busy and pretend as if you had already get over everything. Don't waste your life following him, the more you follow him, the more he will avoid you. I would recommend that your should read the book Men are from Mars and Women are from Venus to know more how you drove him away from you with your acts.

I've been there before, the best thing I have found that works is to throw yourself into a new hobby or activity.. Take this time for yourself, slow down and relax. I found that the time I had alone really helped myself grow and mature. (not saying you're not mature) I spent more time with my family and friends and worked on making myself happy, instead of depending on him to make myself happy.. Only you can make yourself truly happy, no guy ever will.. Keep your chin up, this too will pass!!

Find something else to channel your energy into. Maybe a little self-improvement. The next time you feel like running your mouth, do some crunches or something. Distract yourself for a minute and the feeling will pass...

You didnt do anything wrong and you arent running him away. You're just inquisitive. Theres nothing wrong with that. There plenty of people who have no problem being with a person who likes to ask questions.

You need to trust him, and realize the very thing you think is keeping him from cheating IE. Your questions.
Are actually the thing that could make him leave.
You cannot control people, if someone wants to cheat etc, they will do it, so you need to trust him UNLESS you find out something. Then all you can do is say 'see ya.'

The second you leave him alone and stop calling him or even answering his calls is the second he will want you back. People always want what they can't have. Show more respect for yourself, you don't need him to make you happy

why do you want to know everything??? that's probablt why you guys broke up cuz you probably began to annoy him to the point that he can't stand you. Just cool off- if he really loves you he will come back to you.
