Neither.
Religion, unfortunately, really has nothing to do with science, nor with medicine, and the real answer, the medical answer, is no to both of these choices.
A girl that age simply isn't sufficiently physically mature for sex, within or outside of a marriage. Nor is a girl that age sufficiently emotionally mature for sex.
When sex education is taught, in an age appropriate fashion, from kindergarten on up (as in Denmark, for example), fewer teens are sexually active and there rate of teen pregnancies drops precipitously. The highest rate of teen pregnancies in the developed world, in fact, is in the US, where sex education has almost completely been removed from the curriculum by a bunch of narrow-minded people who are afraid of the world.

Sex outside of marriage is not a good idea especially at that age. To get married one would have to have parents consent. If those are the only two chooses, I'd have to go with marriage. My real feeling would be wait and learn to control the urges.

They teach sex education in schools to teach kids how to have sex...not how to NOT have it. And anyone who claims otherwise is a liar.
From the religious perspective, it really depends on the religion. However, I think the universal response would be for the girl to not have sex and not get married until she's mature enough to handle both....not one or the other....BOTH...and at the same time.

I would say get married even though I think marriage takes a great deal of maturity to handle. But, its definitely better than saying "sure go ahead and have sex" because that can just be deadly. Desiring something doesnt mean its always OK to go for it. No one has ever died from not having sex have they?

12-365 days olds wouldn't have intercourse with everybody, era. Even in biblical days they did not marry until after puberty (one reason replaced into the intense death value of the two mom and infants with fairly youthful mothers), and that i don't understand of any 12-365 days olds are are sexually mature sufficient to grant beginning. human beings would desire to take duty for their teenagers and prepare them instead of in simple terms permitting them to run wild. 12-365 days previous ladies should not be on my own with boys interior the 1st place.

It is sinful to have sex outside of marriage. But getting married is not her only option. If her guide in life is the Lord Jesus Christ she will find the strength to make a sound decision - "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not upon your own understanding.
In all your ways (including sex), acknowledge him and he will make your paths straight" Prov 3.5-6.

Get married. In my religion as soon as a girl starts her period she is an adult. Most women in my country are married at 14.
