Number combinations that frequently change(such as lottery drawings) may be too complex to loan themselves well to psychic predictions. As for Bin Laden, I am sure that someone like him would have found a way to prevent psychic energy from revealing his location, even after death(in the event that he has kicked the bucket).

It's probably not in the psychic's path to win the lottery. Think of all the life lessons one can learn when there are financial strains in their life. A huge increase in finances would eliminate those strains and prevent them from learning the life lessons they set out to learn when they came into this world. Small monetary winnings, however, are possible.
I once went into a casino with $5 in coins. I walked around feeling the energy of each machine, then sat down put the $5 in a slot and won $100. That was all I was to win that day. It didn't remove financial strain from my life, just bought me a nice dinner, a new pair of shoes and filled up my gas tank.
As for Bin Laden, do some searching! There have been MANY psychics out there who have tried to let the government know where he is (his body anyway) and no one listens.

Psychics don't need to win the lottery-- they get rich scamming people into believing they have psychic abilities. As for finding Bin-Laden- they don't care- they are too busy scamming everyone to care about anyone but themselves.

Maybe a psychic has won a lottery, but not announced that they are psychic. If I won because of that, I certainly wouldn't want to be bothered by everyone houding me for numbers!

As far as psychic to win the lottery, demons don't know who is going to win.
