What is the difference between 'Computer engineering and Computer Systems engineering'?

Those who study either- Do they study different subjects at university? Do they get the same jobs?

Computer engineering basically includes software engineering in which the task delivered is to design softwares .Whereas on the other hand Computer systems engineering means the hardware engineering which includes processor engine.

Both are hardware eg routers, theory, multiplex, cisco
