Leave it to our buddy Ron Popeil! He created the Inside-the-Shell egg scrambler. It's a wonderful little device that you sit the egg in and in the center is what looks like a curved needle. When everything's in place, you turn it on and the needle spins away, thus scrambling your egg in it's shell! Amazing! And all for the low, low price of $19.95 (plus S & H) on the Ronco website! Problem solved!

If you shake the egg it WON'T work!! If you make a hole it WON'T work, as your project will fail when you try to boil your egg...
Once, I saw on the news how brazilians TRICK people by saying they can cure any "curse/spell" just by rubbin an egg in your body.. then opening the egg and dumping it in a glass of water....
Well the trick is.. when a hen put an egg, right in that second, the egg is like jello... so you can even put an egg in a coca-cola glass bottle or.. introduce NAILS or needles to the egg and let it sit...
the shell will turn hard and of course.. will remain inside the bottle amazing your friends or.. if you open that egg will have "stuff" inside.. that's ehn "chamanes" trick people by saying "you were cursed"
That's the ONLY way I could think of... get a brand new egg (soft as jello) and pinch the yuk and maybe (just maybe) you'll have your boiled scrambled egg!!
another way.. make a hole on top.. scrable the eff, pour it back in the shell and put the egg in a cointainer or kinda tripod.. then put half water.. cover the pot with a lid so that way the heat will stay inside the pot and cook the egg...
Good luck and if you achieve this, please let us know!!

Two methods come to mind while we were expiramenting at the omelet station in a restaurent.
First...poke a small hole in one end of the egg and stir. Probably not a good idea since you'll be boiling, but if you are quick enough you might be able to cook the egg at the open end quick enough so that no more comes out.
Second, shake the egg. A lot. Hopefully, this will burst the air bubble sack, and allow lots of sloshing and mixing. Hard to tell if it works or not though. Holding it up to a light might tell you, though.
What did the chicken say when it saw the scrambled eggs? "That's one mixed up kid."

Put a sterile needle in the egg. Make sure you puncture the air sac and the yolk. Cover the hole and shake. Boil the egg in water that contains salt and/or vinegar. Both act as coagulating agents on the protiens in eggs and might buy you enough time for the egg to cook before spilling out of the shell.

a large pin at the pointed part (the area where there is air between the membrane and the shell).id imagine that would give you a little time or space for egg to harden before spewing out into boiling water..

I guess you would poke it through the shell with a long *sterile* needle/pin to puncture the yolk. shake it up real good and cook like you would hard boiled eggs with the method that stars with boiling water (I usually cook mine the cold water method)

Shake it firmly but gently, I guess. Never heard of doing this before.
