Let her do as she wants. If she gets caught then thats her fault. If you feel awkward about it then let her know you're not going to help her get away with it, but if you'rea good friend you'll help her when she needs an alibi!!!

Confront her and tell her she needs to stop. She is just ruining her reputation.
