I go to bed at 3:00 am & wake up at 1:30 pm. Can that affect my immune system? I have been sick constanly. (2 1/2 months) But they are all different. For example: I would get a cold, then I would get over it. Then the next thing I know I would get a flu or something...uhhh driving me nuts!

Yeah, It's the fact that your body is getting no activity, it's kinda going dormant. The essentials still are active ( heart lungs, brain) But you immune system has no need fight anything off, so it lies dormant.

The patterns you will get used to, but try and limit your sleep to 8 1/2 to 9 hours. aND WHEN YOU WAKE UP, PLAY A SPORT GO FOR A JOG, jUST GET YOUR BLOOD FLOWING.

i dont think so. i sleep a lot too but i dont get sick that often. i feel a little weak though, but not sick with a fever or something like that.

maybe you still dont move much after you wake up. try to walk around more and do more activities when you are awake. if you think you are already active as it is you should try to see a doctor about that. it may be your body itself and NOT the things you are doing

have you thought it can be the other way round? Maybe your immune system is weak, and that's why you're feeling sleepy? If this has not been your sleep pattern before, i think it might be a good idea to see a genera practitioner and ask him about your concern.

No, the only thing sleeping alot will do is make you sleepier. You could possibly not be eating right.
