The roots of upper teeth may extend into the floor of the sinus cavity. You cannot get a tooth infection from a sinus infection, however, the pressure of the sinusitis may cause the teeth to ache. It should disappear once the sinusitis subsides.
P.S. This is very common

I get this all the time, every time I get a sinus infection it goes into my teeth. If your teeth are still hurting then the infection isnt completely gone. Did you take antibiotics for the infection? Try taking advil (ibuprofrin) if it is a throbbing pain and that should help. I also use a numbing mouth wash right before bed to help me get to sleep as the throbbing is usually worst when Im laying down. If it still hurts after a week or so, or if it gets worse you might have to go to the dentist.

This will take some time to go way. Is the sinus infection gone completely have you had that checked out. If there is still a lingering trace of the infection it will still affect your teeth.

I had that for a while and eventually it fades way with time.
Good luck
Hope it doesn't last too long
