I've heard that Pantene isn't good for your hair because of the wax in it.. What have you found to be the best hair products? I would like to stray away from products with alcohol in them..

Thanks girls!

This question is both easy and difficult to answer. Difficult because a lot of products contain harmful chemicals (and alcohol might be the least damaging of them) so finding a shampoo that's actually harmless and works well takes a lot of investigation... Easy because I just stay away from the brands that are sold in the regular stores and keep to the one I find in health stores.

The truth is that Pantene ProV is very bad not only for your hair but also for your health, along with most of the rest of the Super market products because it contains toxic chemicals, as most of the skin and hair products that exist -wax is the least dangerous among the rest of the ingredients. Try Chamomille or lavender shampoo from Jurlique, the only absolutely pure company on earth. Visit www.jurlique.com for more information.

I like Paul Mitchell products. I use them all the time. makes my hair feel really clean and manageable too!! Or, there was a shampoo years ago called Kerasilk which I have been unable to find and I used to LOVE that shampoo!!!! Not sure who made it though.

I had a big problem - my hair was falling gout in clumps and not even my doctor could help me. I tried a lot of things and finally I tried AVEDA Shampure line and voila - my hair is not falling gout anymore. It is actually growing back in, looks shiny and lustrous. I use the shampoo and conditioner and it looks and feels great. As an added bonus it's all natural, mild, cleans great and smells divine.

I use Pantene..I've never heard that before. I think changing your hair products ever now and then is good for your hair.
Besides Pantene...I like Herbal assents...

I use Treseme, I also think that you pay for what you get, but unfortunatly I have too much hair to buy expensive shampoo, but I find that this product works the best as far as wal-mart goes. I also find that head and shoulders works pretty well also.

I use Infusium 23, it has 23 essential vitamins. All natural stuff. I knew this lady that said her hair actually got thicker and stronger from using it. Mine is actually more manageable. I have frizzy/naturally curly hair. Give it a try. It's not real expensive either. Hope everything works better.
