He wanted a bit of bloke time down the pub to chill out after work but asked you out of politeness, expecting you to say no. Then got all childish about it when you turned out not to be a mind reader. Have a chat about it. why not let him go and have his manly time for half an hour and you join him later. Obviously if this is only one in a long line of crap behaviours, get rid of him, but most blokes seem to need that wind down time.

He is rude!! Is it posible that he only invited you to be polite, when in actual fact he did not want you to come hence the funny look he gave you? It is a bit strange that he said he will come pick you up after picking up his mate because wouldn't it have been easier to take you along to pick up his mate and then you all go to the pub together!! Punish him!!

No, that was really rude of him. He shouldn't have gone there first if he already said that he was going to take you too. You should have gone with him when he went, and from the way he acted it sounds like he didn't actually want you there, but was just offering to be polite. You didn't do anything wrong.

i dont think he was expecting you to say yes by the sounds of things.....
if he wanted you to go, why didnt you go together as he was already at home??
why would he get his mate, then double back to your house and then to the pub??
all very strange.
i dont think you are in the wrong but something definitely isnt right with the situation either.
i assume other than this all is good and youre not suspecting him of seeing anyone else?

That sounds pretty ugly for you. He doesn't seem to care much about you if that's the way he likes to treat you. Don't you think it would have made sense for you to leave the house when he did? I mean that should have been your sign right there. Athough, he didn't want you there with him, when you called & he said he was coming back for you, you should have let him come get you so, you could have ruined his night too. Bad advice but, it would have made you feel better.

yeah thats wrong but just sounds like typical guy behavior, I would be pissed to but I think its one of those things thats not worth the argument. But if it really bugs you talk to him and tell him that if in future if he wants to hang with the boys he should just say so. My boyfreind lets me know when he just wants to chill with his friends, and when he wants me to join and it works out fine. He probably didnt want to tell you he wanted to have fun with the guys, because he thought you would be upset, you just need to tell him that its ok as long as he is honest. But if he spending to much time at the pub without you then thats another story of course.

Your working to hard, go get your best gal pal and go to the pub yourselves. Let him have a taste of his own medicine. Maybe then he will be a bit more appreciative.

you only say what you want. i think girls always talk in doublespeak. if he wanted to go the pub on his ownhe should have just gone and not offered. and if you want to go, you should tell him.
what he done is rude. it sounds like he wanted a pint with his mate, i know sometimes i have trouble explaining that to my girlfriend, but i know sometimes she doesnt want me around.
if your honest about what you want it is so much easier to get along, but the truth is rarely exactly what you want to hear.
my advice: go to a different pub with your mates and get twice as drunk as he does and throw up on his shoes.

the only wrong one is him for standing you up and the only reason he asked you along is because he though that you would have said NO. So I think that you should play the guilt card and see if you can get a piece of jewelry or even a Diamond.
GOOD LUCK!!!!

I think he was rude for asking if you wanted to come then acting weird when you said yes. Why did he go and not get you first? That doesn't seem sensible to me. I don't think it was too rude what you said because after that I wouldn't have wanted him to bother coming to get me either.
