just explain to her that because of your upcoming exams you cant really meet her until the exams are over and am sure she will understand you if she really wants something good to come out of your life.and also i believe you try your best to spend time with her so not seeing her for sometime shouldn't be any real problem.good luck.

What about group studies at the library or at a common friend's residence. This should help you to meet and spend time together and prepare for exams at the same time.

wellask her some doughts, try to express ur egerness towards your subject in which u have dought but ask the one which she does'nt know. after few minutes let it be unsolved say that we can relax for a while and meet somewhere else. so that both us can get the answer properly. ask her to come when she is free. and after that u can have your personal disscussions.
