Don't forget that over-eating is also a disorder.
And maybe that a large % of people with eating disorders do not necessarily do it because of weight/body issues, but as a control issue, especially the very young.

This is kind of a vague question, but one thing that is a big problem with them is that once a person struggles with an eating disorder, it is generally a life long struggle. I read a book called Wasted: A Memoir of Anorexia and Bulimia by Marya Hornbacher which is a really good autobiography...it's pretty informative.

Its a very serious problem that is too often fatal. Starvation causes the body's organs to shut down.

Diet is different for different for each person by gender & age.
You have infants and children also.
So make class wise.
Read all classes from google search.
