I think the answer you're looking for is concerning penicilin. It's a different kind of mold. I don't think eating the bleu cheese is going to hurt you or really do anything great either.

The blue in Bleu Cheese is the mold. As far as I know.

well the mold is certainly not a problem. the fat in the cheese is good for you, but not to much of it

Well, it depends on how much of it you eat. If you're sticking to just a serving of it, and the rest of your diet is balanced then it would be potentially healthy. I mean you'll be getting one of your daily servings of dairy right?
