I have paid for 4 classes at The Virtual High School of Excellence and told 'Natalia' that I didn't want anymore money taken out of my account until my daughter finnished these classes-she told me that she was putting a message on the account to this affect; but $680.00 was taken out of my account in December. I called them for the past 2 weeks trying to get this reversed so I don't over-draw my account but I have never received a call back even though I have explained the situation and have left my name and number several times. I have also been hung up on more than once. They have excellent courses but customer service is exceedingly poor. I have tried to try to find out who is in charge but wind up repeating my problem to the same people so that someone else can call me back. Does anyone know how to get ahold of someone who really cares and who can help me without waiting for another call back that will never happen?
