Boy, I hope Pat Robertson doesn't see what you wrote here. Not only can he speak for god, but he would totally kick you into next week with his superpowered bionic legs.

Knoiw this there are thinking Christians and we know Pat has slipped a nut somewhere. Know too that God while being judge is not a vengeful Judge and it is probably true that He is compared to us sort of all powerful that in the final analysis He created a system which we live in and used some rules (partially described in physics) in order to create and He is not above all rules or if He is then like people who produce something, knows that in the production process there will be creations that are faulty and do not work thus must be re melted and reconstructed or something like that which means the process must go on or be shut completely down or run with a % of failure which has been decided as acceptable.
So the beat goes on and the question for remains do you want to keep your pride and separatness so much you become a faulty creation or do you want to be friends with God and continue as a creation with no deadly faults, which may cause destruction of yourself in some way, which by all accounts written so far may be very painful.

God did not cause Hurricane Katrina- mankind caused it by ruining the earth. Any true Christian knows James 1:13 says God does not try us with evil things, and would know that he can save the righteous while destroying the wicked. (Example: saved Noah and family from the great deluge.) So the racist bigot would be the *human* who made the racist comment and used God as a scapegoat.

Pat Robertson is not a God or prophet. And if you see God limited in any way, by what he said, then look at what religion is at, and then you will know that his believes are false. On the other hand,
Romans 8: 28
28And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him,[a] who[b] have been called according to his purpose.
If God allowed that huracane for any reason, and you want to know why, ask Him, don't ask a man onless that man has faith.

People like Pat Robertson will get theirs in the end.
"Judge not and yea shall not be judged, for the measure in which you judge others so yea shall be judged"
Some people are going to have to live sinless lives to even have a remote chance at getting into the Kingdom of heaven.

Just because Pat Robertson said it doesn't make it so. He thinks God speaks directly to him, but I think it's just voices in his head.
