The problem is that a lot of people have to understand what hapend with people that are iligal in the USA, First they are braking the law YES, and the law they are braking is simple, just the for crosing the border iligaly, the word says it all, they just broked one law, after they broke the law of crosing the border they can brake some other laws, like geting iligal documents, and a lot of other crimes that anyone comit in this country, a lot of them just brake the first one, corsing the border iligaly, you can not make it general to all of them that they all brake tha same laws, just like any resident or citizen of the USA, they can brake any law too, does not mean that i'm Ok with it, all i say is that not all of us do that right?, so you can not make it general!.
Another problem that people have to know is the untill this goverment. The USA, make some cain of new law that iligal people can use on they favor to become residents, there will be iligal aliens all the time.

So, there is a lot of iligal alians that want to be legal, but they Can NOT be legal because there is NO LAW sing by the president tha states some type of help for iligal alians to become legal.
The only way an iligal alian can turn to Resident of the USA is if that person apply for it under some special rules, for example tha person that appy sut have prof that hes life is in danger on hes country, needs some prof that he is in danger of going back to hes country, and have to prof that he does not have criminal records on hes country, and staff like that, magority of the iligal alians that live iligaly in the USA came here to work and do not have any of this to prof nothing, so who will you think they will become legaly if they have no choise but to stay iligaly untill they get deported by Inmigration or untill the president sings a new law that mak it easy for them to become legal.

My wife is an immigrant, she came here legally and she is not here because she was seeking asylum. Her life was not in danger in her country but she chose to live here. There is a process to gain citizenship legally and there is a need for that process to protect citizens here. If there are no checks before allowing people to enter you would have fugitives, weapons and drug dealers, terrorist, and people infected with illnesses that have been eradicated here entering the country and causing death.
