And you are never paid nor could you afford to hire a lawyer to go up against the State regarding money that I have never recieved from child support and they claim that the tax intercept does not exist from the HRS and their has been three audits on my case and all three are wrong and they claim they owe me nothing,and through the years we have had to do without because of their screw ups.I just wonder how many other single parents have they done this too here in the United States.

The IRS and the State are two completely different entities. If you are owed money from the IRS you need to contact them.

Child support is a regulated agency within each State. If you are owed back child support, you need to contact the agency.

You don't need a lawyer to do this, you just need to be in contact with the correct people.

find a lawyer who will work with you for the amount you can afford to pay - many lawyers won't expect money unless they can get you money
