I can see it now......Drago meets Clubber in the middle of the ring, towering over him. Drago, after the pre-fight instructions from the referee, says "I must break you!!!" Drago keeps Clubber at bay with the long jab of his and wins with a KO in the 3rd round. Mr. T goes down in 3!!!

I agree with the majority so far - Ivan Drago.
In addition to his height and reach advantage, Drago could also move better, and I don't think he would have much trouble avoiding Clubber's looping hooks while landing several jabs and straights at the same time. After a few rounds of fruitless punches, Clubber would likely be tired enough to be set up for Drago's knockout blow.

Drago, after rocky got serious it only took him 3 rounds to beat clubber. It took 15 rounds for him to knock out drago

A war for 6 rounds and then Drago takes over and wins by 9th round kayo with both men taken to the hospital.

drago.clubber was too short and drago too tall.plus drago had a great left jab that would keep lang from coming in.he would eat enough of ivans rights finally crumbling in the 9th round.

Well it would be a battle of power punchers. Drago was on the juice, and can go 15 rounds. So I would have to go with drago. lol

this fight would be all down to who could take the shots and i think clubber lang might scrape this 1 6 out of 10 times..

Drago would win. Lang doesn't have enough stamina. That's why he lost in Rocky 3.
