Hello you sound as if you have chronic tonsillitis, the white marks are infection and the holes are pitts which have been caused by previous infection, you really need some antibiotics quickly, if left you could develop an abscess called a quinsy, which is very nasty indeed, get some help soon.

My sister had this and also inflamed tonsils. She had to have them removed or else be plagued by throat infections.
It could be a sore throat. Keep an eye on it, if your tonsils become inflamed then go see a doctor. I'd gargle with either warm salt water or if it is too sore try gargling with dissolved aspirin (or equivalent) in warm water.

Sounds like an infection but you should make an appointment with your doctor straight away so you can get a proper diagnosis and treatment.

If it was tonsilitis it'd be really painful,so I guess it's not.
If you can't see your doctor yet, buy a Mouth Spray of Propolis, that is a natural antibiotic made by our bees friends :-) it's really efficient!

See your doctor at once. You need to be in his/her office being helped - not on the Web.
