Does anyone have a mentally ill sibling?

I have a Brother who suffers from Schizophrenia and alcohol addiction. We are so tired and frustrated with the Criminal Justice system that we feel hopeless.

I don't understand why you are blaming the Criminal Justice system........ If your brother is a criminal maybe he needs to be placed in some sort of mental health facility or home where people who are trained to take care of people like him can take care of him and give him the help he needs.
