anyone tell me the name and where to buy an orange very small but u ate it with the skin on skin was sweet and very bitter inside they may not be oranges but that is wot they looked like sold in punnets and stocked in asda about ten years ago but ive never seen them since they are about the size of a ping pong ball

qumquats I think they are called saw them yesterday in a garden centre in Rhodes Greece

Maybe either of the two - loquats or kiat-kiat - these two fruits can be found in China but only seasonal. Loquats are use in Chinese medicine for cough (if I have not mistaken) while kiat-kiat is similar to mandarine orange but is smaller in size and is usually hang at the doors by the Chinese during Lunar New Year because it pronouce like unity in Chinese.

sounds to me like you are talking about kumquats. I use to live in florida and had them almost all the time. You'd have to get your store tospecially purchase them, depending on where you live, and it can get a bit costly to do so. I tried that and paid extra for it.

you mean a kumquat..you can get them in tesco and sainsburys.
