uh......... He did provide. Go back and reread Genesis. It was provided as soon as it was needed.

As the story goes, once they ate from the tree of knowledge of good and evil, they knew shame, which is one form of being self absorbed. Being self absorbed they needed clothing. If they had made the choice to be faithful to God and to be good guardians of all his creation as he planned, they would not have needed clothing because they would not have been self-obsessed.

Clothing was made to protect people from harm, elements etc..., show rank in society, and prevent people from allowing their hormones to interfere with society. It is an ethical decision. Not out of shame or guilt. Would you like your 14 year old daughter to go out with her areas showing? Would you really care to see younger people with it showing?
We symbolize nudity with sexuality and it has become a sacred act not a shameful one. Blame society if you're a nudist.
I'm sure in the when cave men we're trowing rocks at each other they realized animal skin was tough to penetrate and proved a form of protection. I'm sure shame played no part look at african and other native tribes. It is solely a society based ideal not on shame but, ethics to prevent rape, distraction, lust, protect, rank.
We value our bodies so we cover them. Why do you keep precious baseball cards in a case?

No mistake. Before Adam and Eve had sex with the snake there was no need for clothing.

Absolutely. It leads too many people to think that there's nothing wrong with the human body, and to approve of Nudism. We can't have that!

No, the Bible indicates that it's only because of sin are we ashamed of our nakedness. Clothing is one of the many consequences of that sin.
By the way, you may disagree with my answer, but that's because of your philosophal presupposition that the Bible is not to be believed. My philosophical presupposition is that it is. Given my presupposition, my answer is perfectly logical.
