...and could not stand being lazy; doing nothing after I get up. Has this happened to anyone of you who has retired?

yes it happened to me after 20 so i got a part time job and volunteered to some organaziations it helps

Not me !!! I was out for 3 years on disability and loved every minute of it. Of course my wife and kids kept me pretty busy.
