God wants us to speak to Him often and with a truthful heart. When I first came to the Lord I would not tell God certain things about me because I was so ashamed of the life I had been living.I thought I could hide things from Him.Later I became aware of the fact that God knows everything so I started sharing everything with God.That's when I started growing spiritually. One day the preacher made comment that we shouldn't ask God for patients because then our patience would be tried. But I lacked patients and was in need of it.The preacher was right about being tried but I also asked God to help me with this trail.God was gracious as usual and my patients has grown to a level that I could never have attained on my own.I close all prayers in the name of Jesus.

Many ways, in prayer, in deeds, meditation, but no matter by what means I speak with HIM, it's always through my spirit.
My spirit can say what I can not, it finds what is deep in me that I can't express or find the words to explain and takes it too GOD.
GOD is spirit.
Even when I speak out loud, it's my spirit that communes, an intercessor between me and GOD.

If you have a relationship with Jesus Christ, you can talk directly to Him any time you want and He promises He will hear you.
Jesus is, in fact, GOD the Son.
The relationship I speak of is "being saved".
John 3: The Words of Jesus Christ (God in the flesh)
3. "Verily, I say unto thee, except a man be born again, he cannot see the Kingdom of God."
4. Nicodemus saith unto Him, "How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?"
5. Jesus answered, "Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter the Kingdom of God."
6. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
7. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again."
16. "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
17. For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.
18. He that believeth on Him is not condemned; but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God."

I speak to her by appreciating the wonderful things around me. I say things like, "Wow! What a beautiful sunrise." or "Isn't it awesome how geese fly in a V!" I hear her in the wind and listen to her sing as she moves through the leaves on a tree. It's a give thing for me. I've been given so I give back. All the time being mindful of the creativity around me, while respecting and caring for it.

God, Our Father, Abba , I think, wants us to speak to Him in all the ways of our hearts. He wants to hear from us, his children, however we can come to Him in the moment. Because we are so loved, He takes us as we are and cherishes every moment.

Just find a quiet place and talk. He's there, He will listen.

God bless you and I'm praying for you.
