I have a small stain on my bottom front teeth from tea, coffee etc. Apart from a visit to the dentist is there any other way of removing it?

Crest Whitestrips worked EXTREMELY well for me! Use them twice a day until all used up and get the premium brand. I saw an amazing difference after using them for 10 days! And --- cut down on the coffee, tea, etc after using them (or always rinse and brush IMMEDIATELY afterwards). Good luck.

Crest Classic Whitening Strips will work wonders.. I am using them and they seriously work.. trust me.. then after you use them up, you can use either Crest Whitening Toothpaste, or Crest Whitening Mouth Rinse to maintain the white color..

Hello,
To anwser your question, first try brushing your teeth with baking soda if that doesn't work you have to be careful with this one ,brush your teeth with peroxide but be very careful that you DO NOT swallow it and after brushing make sure you rinsh your mouth real good !!

try a whitening tooth paste
the best is to ask your dentist as BICARBONATE OF SODA damages tooth enamel as its abrasive and don't use PEROXIDE either (i think you find it says toxic on the side) it will burn your gingival crevices or in lay mans terms gums !!!!!!!
