Well, he might have a paranoic sickness known as OCD. He wants everything in perfect order. If he also makes everything in order he most def has OCD.

Ive had panties taken from my drawer. Ive had men not wash their face for as long as possible. They are all sick.....lol

maybe it have some sensation on it, Ii dunno. but anyway, some people do have this type of behavior, like loved sniffing pillows, the inside lift, or even shoes. I do have my, the smell of the passing-by rubbish truck, I dunno why. maybe you might want to ask him: "Do I smell better or the panties?" if he choose the panties, smack him.
