Hi my name is Stacey, and the way I sometimes make my garlic sauce over my pasta is, I chop up a lot of fresh garlic, add to the Olive Oil and wait a little bit , and then add some Italian seasoning, and then wait until the garlic is soft, and then I add some 4c Bread crumbs in it, just a little to absorb the oil, and if you want you can also add some broccoli to it, or shrimps and then pour it over your pasta, and boy does it come out so awesome, but if you don't want all of that you can just make the sauce with the fresh garlic and some Italian seasoning and some olive oil, and the wait until the garlic gets soft and then pour it over your pasta that way. Bread Crumbs are optional that’s if you like it you add it , if you don’t like it don’t add it, and if you like Parmesean cheese, you can also mix it in as well, with everything else but the cheese goes in last, when all the pasta and the sauce is complete, sprinkle the cheese on top of your pasta and mix well. Please e mail me at mswallyturnbuckle@yahoo.com and please let me now if you like this recipe Have a great day and Enjoy, I hope I helped you out.

Pasta with Garlic and Olive Oil Sauce (two ways)
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
1 pound pasta (angel hair or thin spaghetti)
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlic chopped fine
1 hot red chili pepper chopped (more or less to taste)
sea salt to taste (fleur de sel)
2 tablespoons parsley coarsely chopped
Preparation:
The sauce can be served either cooked or uncooked with the pasta.
Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package.
Place the olive oil, garlic and hot pepper in a small saucepan over a medium low heat. Cook and stir the sauce until the garlic just starts to turn a pale color and remove from the heat.
Toss the cooked pasta with the oil in the saucepan turning it several times. Sprinkle lightly with the fleur de sel (we like the crunchy texture of this salt) and all of the parsley. Toss several more times and serve immediately.
To serve the sauce uncooked, place all the ingredients in a warm serving bowl except for salt and parsley. Add the cooked pasta and toss several times to coat. Add the salt and parsley tossing several more times before serving.
Options: Peeled fresh, raw and seeded tomatoes coarsely chopped and chopped fresh basil leaf.

You cut in small pieces of onion and you marinate them in olive oil. You add also small pieces of garlic or garlic powder. Then you add mushrooms and corn and you marinate them all together. You add salt and pepper, oregano. When they are ready you add double cream for cooking and you stir it slowly to thicken it. Then it's ready to serve. (you can add also many types of cheese to give this extra something in your taste)
