we were naked because we didn't have the shame of being naked. The human body is a wonderful thing and Adam and Eve didn't realize they were naked until they ate the fruit. Also they didn't exactly have a wal mart they could go to to pick up some jeans or something.

maybe God has a more liberal form of pornography, OUCH, no way.
clothes were indeed invented, just not given to the fullness of adams nakedness.
it also proves that nakedness is not a sin, the lust thereof is.!
Also consider what Bizzel said, if there was no sin before Adam and eve, in their NON shame, and no lust! how is it that Lucifer and satan rebelled against God in the war in heaven? How is it that both trees existed simultaneously Even though the world had not been created yet.

Okay, before eating of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil, humans didn't realize that it was evil to be naked, thus we just didn't care. Immediately afterward,, God gave us loincloths and sent us away from the Garden of Eden to keep us from eating of the Tree of Eternal Life. By the Victorian era, women often bathed in woolen bathing suits and a glimpse of ankle was scandelous.

Because that is how we were created. Before sin there was no lust or envy or pride so there was no need for clothing. As soon as Adam and Eve sinned they realized that they were naked and became embarassed. So this is when God clothed them with animal skins and we have been clothed ever since.

Because they were perfect human creatures that didn't know they were naked until they sinned and their eyes became open to sin and death.

I don't think we knew how to make clothing when we were first evolved/created.
