Have you told her 'I love you' before?
Try expressing this feeling through something original. Like something written with rose petals on her bed, girls love that. And if you do that, don't go for the sex on that same day... This means you respect her for what she is not for "how well she performs". Tell her that you just want to hold her in your arms, kiss her and cuddle that night. She will totally melt in your arms.

Say it with music, man! When I first met my husband, he made me a mix tape full of beautiful love songs, like REM's "At My Most Beautiful" and PM Dawn's "Faith In You". It made me cry, I was so touched. We've been together for 8 and a half years now, and I still listen to that damn tape sometimes to remind myself how lucky I am to have him. It's still probably one of the best gifts he's ever given to me.
