Reboot and run both adaware and spybot in Safe Mode.

As soon as the computer starts to boot up hit F8 repeatedly until you get the next screen. I think you have to hit enter again. Now use your arrow keys to choose Safe Mode. Run both scans then reboot to get back to the normal mode.

depending on what system u use, try cntrl/alt/delete...ONE time and it should show you what is running. Also, go to "RUN" and type MSCONFIG and OK...The system configuration should show and the last couple of tabs will show you what is in "startup" and is running...I just downloaded the security tools from Bellsouth.net....I love it!!!!...spybot was a pain in the BOT!! So was AOL...

Are you on broadband...

If yes... you should turn your modem off to disconnect from the Internet. The spyware on your computer becomes active when you are connected... which is why Spybot cannot delete it.
