Have random stuff sent to their room, and lots of it.
If the hotel does wake up calls then have a wake up call in their room at like 3am
If you can get in the room hide an alarm clock somewhere where they cant find it and set it loud at a random hour in the night or early am.

If you do anything to the room, they will just be able to change to a better and bigger suite.
The maids are supposed to be on top of the cleanliness.

okay try to follow me on this one...
its called "Trick Sheets"
you take the comforter and other blankets off a bed, leaving just the bottom and top sheets.
pull the top sheet up to the top of the bed and have it under the pillows.
grab the bottom corners of the top sheet and pull them up just before the pillows.
place all other blankets back on so that the bed looks normal.
when your victim gets in the bed, they will not be able to get their legs to go in all the way.
ahahah well it works great if ya do it right.
okay i got another one.
you can do this one anywhere not just a hotel.
lift the toilet seat up,
place saran wrap over the toilet bowl and place the seat back down.
okay, it might get messy from here...

Erm go into somes room and knock and say in a foriegn voice Room Service OR call a room and say at 10:30 pm Hello This Is Your Wake Up Call and then say SORRY FATSO and then hang up.

Order a pizza and send it to that room...
In fact order a big order of pizza and send it there!!! Lol.
Ask the front desk for cleans sheets, they ask what room when you call.
Ask them for towels, toilet paper, and whatever else you can think of.
..... do a search on more pranks for hotels or something.... lol

I fancy the "Hide-a-duke"
Remove the lid and take a dump in the water tank portion of the toilet. The next guest will have fun trying to find that stinky odor and everytime they flush the toilet little pieces of poo will infiltrate the toilet bowl.
