I have been seeing this guy, we have an awesome time together and he has already told me this far in advance that he has something special planned for me for V Day, now i was not expecting much being that we have about 2 months talking as of today...so now I need to get him something being that he has already something in mind for me...what would be the best thing to get him?

If he is into NASCAR you could get him a ride around the track in a car and a tour of around 100.00. If it is sports you can tour the stadium together on a personal tour and then give him tickets.
If you don't want to spend a lot just take him out and do something he likes and give him a card with a special personal message that you write in it. You could also do a group thing with his friends but you plan it like a surprise.

a gondola Cruz in the harbor , I had a friend chauffeur us in his boat once to a really nice restaurant on the water of coarse it was a surprise, I called ahead and had pre ordered our dinner and gave my cc info so he never saw the bill, it was really cool just use your imagination I'm sure if it comes from your heart , he'll love it.
