I caught my son with this sexual letter? What do I do?
My son Rajiv had a letter or fantasy he wrote and I found it disturbing. He is 16 years old and he was talking crazy in the letter. He mentioned sitting on his couch nude and masturbating to Hilary Duff? Who is duff. His fantasy was a degrading one as she was calling him all kinds of names as he was doing this. He is such an innocent boy who just came from India. I am worried now. He was talking so bad. He kept saying that she was calling him tiny and waving her pinky at him. What the heck is that? Can someone help me? Should I send him back to India?

Hilary Duff is a celebrity.
As far as the letter:
It's harmless and is his way of releasing sexual tension that has built up.
He's 16 and young boys constantly think about sex. As long as he's not running around with prostitutes and getting in trouble with the law, I wouldn't consider sending him back to India. His fantasy may seem a little extreme to some, but believe me, it's a normal thing at his age.
The tiny part refers to the size of his penis and her pinky represents how big it is.
No matter how innocent he is, his hormones are raging right now and he will have fantasies. There's nothing to worry about there.

Consider this: His fantasy could have been tying a woman up and beating her into submission and then performing all types of sexual acts on her while she were helpless. That, I would be concerned with; his is nothing to spend any energy on.

I desire this isn't a comic story. Because whether it is, that is rattling humorous, however it is sort of ill. Besides, what sort of Indian mom makes use of the phrase 'heck'? Anyway, I'm going to count on that you're no longer simply looking to be humorous and reply for you. Hillary Duff is an actress. Many men discover her lovely. The reality that he's masturbating is rather traditional--all men do it at one factor or yet another. Most unmarried, urmarried men do it a number of instances per week. There's no motive to ship him again to India until he used to be announcing some thing violent or sexually agressive in his letter. Still, the truth that he even wrote a letter is a bit of demanding.

No! No! NO! NO! NO! NO! NO! Do NOT send him back to India...this will look like you really don't care about him. A relationship with anyone...a best friend, a partner, a child...needs to be worked through for it to be a good one. Shipping him back off to India does NOT fit that criteria.
Talk to his school counselor...ask them what you should do. I wouldn't confront him with the letter if I were you...it seems too foreboding and also wouldn't be good for your relation ship. (And from what I can gather, it seems you have adopted him?)
The part with the pinky probably means he believe that Hilary Duff thinks he is "small"...and no, I'm not talking how tall he is...
by the way...Hilary Duff is a teenage/early 20's celebrity.

On the plus side...this could have been something that he wanted to get out of his head. he could have had this dream, and wanted to write it down so he could stop thinking about it. He could have just been having thoughts that he wanted to get out of his head to forget about it or think more clearly.

And...if he comes to you about it (which is MOST likely, especially if you caught him "red-handed" with the letter) talk to him about it. try to be as understanding and calm as possible. In any case, I would suggest staying away from the topic for a while. It might do you both some good.

It sounds like your son is just growing up and discovering things. He may need to talk to someone about his fantasies though, because they do sound a bit strange. But you do not need to be tough on him. If you send him back to India it could mess him up even more. A little counseling would help...someone that can relate to him and so he will have someone to talk to about this kind of stuff to. Does he have his dad around, or a father figure that feels comfortable talking with him?

Why do you want to send him away? He is your son, first of all it is normal for a teenage boy to have a fantasy with a movie star, and second what kind of parent are you? Sending your child away as soon as things get a little complicated for you, he is your child and maybe crying out for attention, or maybe you shouldnt have read his letter and respected his privacy. Dont get freaked out, he is only 16, give him time to grow and instead of sending him away try to find a way to get closer with your son. I am sorry but I cant believe you would send your kid away, I dont ever want to be without my kids. A PARENTS LOVE IS UNCONDITIONAL, SET AN EXAMPLE!

I would throw the letter away. Realize he is a typical teenage boy. Never bring the letter up and just ignore it.

Your son is normal, he's 16 and having fantasies, don't embarrass him by bringing it up

As long as his fantasy did not include the monkey with the crown then it's OK.
