Why not get on the phone with a local car insurance agent. I'm sure they can help you with your question...especially since it's what they do ALL DAY!!!

go on one of the Insurance web sites and get a quote! Insurance depends on amount of cover wanted and the points system used Then it depends on Owner Points and Vehicle Points. The more + points you have the lower the quote. The only thing in your favour is being over 25 and female. Even without information on age, model and engine size and parking for a car I can say it will be high. I pay over £200 and I'm in the lowest risk groups and so is my car. The only negative is I live in a fairly high crime area.
I should think you will be looking at the maximum amount they can charge.

I am guessing that you want to learn to drive then? otherwise theres no point having a car right. well the insurance price depends on the type of car.........and it will also vary depending on which company you choose. however as the car is only worth £600 then id say your insurance will probably be about £500 upwards. I had a D reg car (made in 1987) which was only worth about £50 and the insurance cost me about £600.

It would be better to be put on somebody else's insurance like your mum, dad, bro or boyfriend whilst you are having lessons. Once you passed your driving thest then you can think about insuring your own car in your own name. It's good that you are over 25 as under 25's have a big trouble getting a reasonably priced insurance. Once you are ready, try Endsleigh car insurance brokers because they specialise in younger people like students who are skint. Good luck!

You can't insured if you haven't got a licence, but why don't do a few quotes on the net with different cars with companies. But it will be quite cheap considering you are a 25 yr old female

You need to have a licence before you can get insured on a car. Insurers take the number on your driving licence.

You should be able to get free quotes through the internet sites tho ...

It depends on the make/model of the car; size of engine; where it is parked; whether it has been modified e.g. alloys etc.

If you have enough details, you can go on the websites of various insurance companies and get an online quote that would give you a rough idea of how much it would cost.

you should be ok, your out the racer age bracket and your a girl so i would say that you wouldn't pay much over £500. My first car cost me £1300 to insure a 1.1 punto at 24. Changed it to a 1.8 focus pay £400 i'm 28 with 4 years no claims.

try for some quotes on line.its unlikely you will get any insurance at all as you havn't got a licence and if u get oen its only provisional, insurance will be dependent on the car but will be around £1000 to £1500 for a small car.sorry its bad news.try to get lessons first,,dont spend on a car.£25 per lesson get your full licence and think again.good luck.
