I really want to get a tattoo of a swallow, and i want it done by someone who knows what they are doing when it comes to old-school designs. Money is a bit of an object, my budget is $150-200. Also cleanliness and professionalism are a must.

I'm not sure about Buffalo but there is a great tattooist in Cortland,NY. The owner is fantastic at doing tats old school. The name is Sacred Art. They are extremely clean and professional. They treat you like you're family. They are awsome. They have done all of my tattoos and 2 of my husbands tattoos. Check them out. They are reasonable on prices also.

You ever seen that coach on MTV replaced into like an genuine international performed on college varieties at SUNY @ Buffalo, and one female have been given a Tattoo her call replaced into jewel and she or he have been given a tat of her jewel on her back of her neck and the artist spell it incorrect!! he wrote Jelew!! beware female!

well im not sure about the street but i think you could get ol' skool tattoos,but you could try out this shop/store/lot call "Tribal"..they should have good tattoo artist...but i think somewhere in Madison square should have one.
