Yes!!! Desserts were the first thing to come to my mind- so here is my favorite recipe. It isnt for the faint at heart, calorie watching people who dont like chocolate!

TRIPLE THREAT PEANUT BUTTER CREAM DREAM CAKE

1 box devils food chocolate cake
1 serving of chocolate pudding (i usually buy the snack pack)
1 bag of chocolate chips
1 bag of peanut butter chips
1 container of cream cheese frosting
3 tbsp sweet cream butter

prepare the cake as directed on box. stir in the pudding. add 1/4 cup choc chips and 1/4 cup pb chips.

spray pan or greas and flour baking pan

for the frosting, take the butter and 1/4 cup choc chips and 1/4 cup pb chips and put in microwave safe bowl. melt together and stir. Take the frosting mix and add the chip mix to it.

When the cake is cooled, put the frosting on the cake.

Enjoy warm.

That or

Dump cake (even easier!)

1 pkg yellow cake
2 cans fruit (your choice)
2 sticks butter

pour fruit with juice into pan
pour DRY cake mix on top
slice up the butter into to little pats to spread evenly on cake

bake at 350 until brown and bubbly...

I have a fabulous recipe for Rosemary Garlic Cornish Game Hens....they are a big hit at my house, but because of the amount of cooking involved, we only make them at Christmas time. Try it once and you will look forward to the next special occassion! Also, make home made mashed potatoes with these....the enormous amount of garlic that you put into the dish actually becomes soft & very mellow during the cooking process. Load your fork with a bite of mashed potatoes and then a piece of garlic and it is very yummy indeed.

Here is the recipe:
INGREDIENTS
4 Cornish game hens
salt and pepper to taste
2 lemons, halved
4 sprigs fresh rosemary
3 tablespoons olive oil
24 cloves garlic (yes, that's right!)
1/3 cup white wine
1/3 cup chicken broth
4 sprigs fresh rosemary, for garnish

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Rub hens with 1 tablespoon of the olive oil. Lightly season hens with salt and pepper. Place 1 lemon half and 1 sprig rosemary in cavity of each hen. Arrange in a large, heavy roasting pan, and arrange garlic cloves around hens. Roast in preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a mixing bowl, whisk together wine, chicken broth, and remaining 2 tablespoons of oil; pour over hens. Continue roasting about 25 minutes longer, or until hens are golden brown and juices run clear, basting with pan juices every 10 minutes.
Transfer hens to a platter, pouring any cavity juices into the roasting pan. Tent hens with aluminum foil to keep warm. Transfer pan juices and garlic cloves to a medium saucepan and boil until liquids reduce to a sauce/gravy consistency, about 10 minutes. Cut hens in half lengthwise and arrange on plates. Spoon sauce and garlic around hens. Garnish with rosemary sprigs, and serve.
