Everyone keeps telling me if you stop looking for a man...someone will pop up! Well I'm not really looking for a man. When I go to parties or other places I don't expect to find someone. For the most part I'm out to have fun. But the thing is I would like to find someone! Do I need to be thinking in another way?? I'm confused!

usually the reason why guys dont approach you has a lot to do with the vibe your giving off. when you go to parties you say you dont expect to meet any guys (even though you really want to) and you make yourself believe that, and that reflects in your attitude, which guys read into. it's something we do subcounciously. sometimes you may even come off as unavailable. i suggest you being more chatty and friendly, maybe even a little flirty with a guy that you may think is cute (not too much so you dont send the wrong vibe again and attract the wrong type of guy). be more friendly and approachable. and in time you will be able to find someone! :)

Its true....but you have to really not be thinking about it. That means, you have to really enjoy yourself and really be in a place where you are sincerely enjoying your own company. Guys are attracted to women that can "hold their own"....not the needy girly types. They want someone that they know can enjoy their own lifestyle without them.

I often go out alone because I honestly enjoy my own company. I could sit there and be all flirty...crossing legs and batting lashes...but when I am sitting there all alone with my iPod or a book, I get atleast 3-5 advances. Its called "The Principle of Least Interest". Seem least interested!!! That works every time.

Good Luck!
