No, we make our own choice whenever we are given the options to do so. Whether we weather the consequences depend on our own history.

I don't believe in destiny
I think it the choices that we make and the choices that life decides to make for us that affects our life, it's not destiny, when life has something else in mind for you, it's just a result of choices made by the other 7 billion people in the world, I don't know if you understand what I'm trying to say =/

I dont believe in destiny but rather in coincidence and odds. The world is so unfair and it is full of bad things from crimes to mistreatment all these things and we are unequal as some people have more but the majority of people have less or much less or even nothing. Life is unfair

I believe our lives are pre-destined and directed by a greater being.
I think everything happens for a reason.
The sum of all of our experiences makes us what we are today and what we will become tomorrow.
I so believe in the messages from the movie "Signs".

No. If we were predestined for a certain life, then that would negate free will. God is not cruel. Also, if you have a predestination, then we would not need hospitals or doctors because no matter what happened, if we were not predestined to die, we would not. Predestination would mean you have no choice but to do what you do and that is not true. We all have choices.

We have different destinations to reach.---Are you implying the two cannot be one? Or are you saying 'rich and famous' is the only way to go?

I do, I think we are all destined to fulfill something in life and I think we are all given different opportunities to see what we'll do with them. If we will use them to better ourselves and others or if we'll be completely selfish.
