I am from india any one can tell me that adress proof from tasilthar is enough to apply passport because i dont have ration card or bank account

I am passport consultant. Ration card or bank account are NOT necessary. Ration card is NOT accepted anywhere. Any other proof will be OK.

Apply for a USA pasport or other? i dont understand, if you ar citizen of the USA you ned to go to the web site of the goverment of USA to find out what you need. If you are a resident of the USA you can not have a USA pasport, you will need the pasport of your country and you resident papers of the USA to travel.
