Need to know what we can do about spray or but out some kind of chemicals. Can not turn heat or air on when this happens because the odor comes up the vents. help please

If you don't want to spend money on the sprays you can make one with bleach and water. Spray liberaly everywhere, especially where they're getting in and where they're urinating. Then you should fix the spot where they're getting in.

Check at janitorial supply store, you need an enzyme cleanser, the kind they use for crime scene clean-up. Definitely seal-up the access hole, maybe check with the local shelter for cat traps to remove the animals. I love cat, I have 4 myself, but someone is not looking after these cats properly and they can become a health hazard.

Spray under house with Be gone. Or trap them and deport them then fix the hole.

Get a very large snake and it will take care of the cat problem.
