Hello there! I am working on a 1AC (First Affirmative Constructive) fr my debate team, the resolution being; Resolved; That the North Atlantic Treat Organization (NATO) should be significantly reformed or abolished. I was wondering if anyone knew if Russia was allowed to sit in on any meetings that had to do with NATO affairs.

Communication between Russia and NATO goes through "Partnership for Peace" program(me), which Russia is a member of.

I suppose Russia could sit in unimportant NATO meetings, but Russia isn't interested in being part of NATO, so...
