Dress up as a big Weetabix covered in red stuff and go as a cereal killer, bound to be a winner! Alternatively a statue would be good, wear a toga and some vines around your head and paint yourself grey!

What can you go "AS"? Is it a costume party? You could go 'as' anyone or anything. If it's a 'fancy dress' party you would need to dress nice as in formal or semi-formal. If it is 'dress up' in a 'period' dress you could go as an American girl from the 1800's and wear a dress with a low cut bodice and huge skirt with a hoop and/or a 'bustle'. Or you could dress as the French did in the 1700's, or thereabout, and wear a REALLY low cut bodice with the Empire waist (up just under the bosom). Need more info on the description of what your 'fancy dress' means.

A fancy dress party means you get to get dreesed up! Like for a night out.
