It's been 4 years for me but I like it that way cause I do remember what it was like to date. As for where to meet guys other than bars or clubs, look out of your front door. It's a big world out there and every place is a potential meeting place. Just go out and mingle.

Start an activity where guys hang out i.e start:
Join an athletics club,
go to photogrpahy clases,
start riding a motorbike,
hang around the tool section in DIY stores, etc, etc
