Just wondering... my mum always stressed the importance of taking a pee as soon as you felt the need!

I would nt know but I think its not so bad to hold pee in for a little while coz it "trains" your bladder to hold it in longer for when you may ever need to!

You will pee your pants before you get any type of bladder poisoning. Though, I have never heard of bladder poisoning from holding it in.
You bladder is like a balloon with a hose. You can only fill that balloon so far before it will force out the contents or burst. Since the bladder is stronger, chances of it bursting are slim to none. Your muscles are not strong enough to hold it urine with a completely full bladder, therefore, you will excrete on yourself first.

you won't get bladder poisoning . In fact the human body can hold on for up to 2 hours from the first feeling that you need 'to go'. Sooner or later you would wet yourself when the bladder could not hold any more.

As S H said, you would pee yourself before it got poisoned.
But if you hold it for a long time regularly and dont drink enough water, i.e. if you dont keep the system flowing, then you are more susceptible to bladder infections like cystitis.

I have been there mate, well I do not mind public toilets now but for ages I was piss shy & found the problem even worse going in the lockup. Public coach toilets are also pretty bad for me but I usually wait for the coach to stop a toilet & if I can't go stand there be proud of your dick and just think of pissing, it will happen. Holding it for long periods on a regular basis can cause kidney stones, look be honest we men can usually find a 'private' place to pee if we look.

There is no such thing as bladder poisoning. You may be susceptible to bladder infections if you do not empty your bladder regularly and completely though.

I don't know about bladder poisoning...but you can get bladder infections if you hold it for too long.

don't worry about poisoning but you must race the flush.pee and flush same time see who finishes first.PS its a man thing.
