look at the chart from the IRS tax book you should have received. i happened to look at it just last night and if you made less then 38300 with 2 children then you will get 15 dollars or more the less you made. if you only have 1 child then you need to have made less then 32000 and you will get 4 dollars or more the less you made.

If you are referring to the EITC, yes you will still qualify. Your child or children only need to live in the same household as yourself. You do not need to file HOH to qualify, however MFS will disqualify you no matter the income amount. Remember, if you are married and living with your spouse (anytime after 6/30/06) even for one day, you must file MFJ or MFS...single or head of household status is fraud.

Yes you should be eligible. And you get credit for your interest from your mortgage payments.
