If your hair follicules are not damaged your hair can grow back. I don't know how long ago you got your fist patches with no hair.
My recommendations for you to go to the dermatologist. They might have something that will help.

What you can do at home is: massage your scalp at least once a day for 20-30 minutes with a brush or hands while watching tv. It will help with good blood circulation and actually will help to stop your hairloss.

The most common causes are:

1. Inadequate nutrition (deficiency of vitamin B, iron, copper and iodine in daily diet)
2. Hereditary.
3. Stress
4. Unhealthy scalp
5. Scalp which is not hygienically maintained
6.Using harsh shampoo, soaps and other hair styling accessories.
7.Blow drying.

Get yourself a bottle of multivitamins and minerals. Try to eat relatively clean food.

To boost your hair growth try this home made remedy:
Take one onion, great it on the thin greater and rub the juice into your scalp really well. Than wear a plastic cap (or a bag if you dont have a cap) and a scarf or "babushka" to keep it warm. Walk around a house as long as possible, at least 2 hours. Than wash it off.
Do this for at least 3-4 times a week. It might take a while to see the results but this the most recommended home remedy in Russia. My mom use to have problems with her hair many years ago and this was the only one way she got her beautiful wavy hair back to normal.
I know your probably think that you will smell like onion. And you will for a while, but believe me it's worth the results that you will get.

Good luck.

When I was in high school a lot of girls had the tight pony tails. Unfortunately 10 years down the road many of those girls still have the very thin hair on the sides from the permanant damage. It's very possible your hair will not grow back without the assistance of medication.

yes it will grow back. I was in a similar situitation and i just let it go natural for a while. use a shampoo that will give it strength and help balance the natural vitamins. when it is wet use a wide tooth comb to avoid any further damage and try not to use hair products as much as possible.. stress is also a big thing. try not to get too stressed out about it and everything should be fine, just give it some time and you should be good as new. don't worry.

There are many methods to make our hair grow faster, shine , glitter in natural ways without using chemicals. Learn here https://bitly.im/aL9qF Men, and sometimes women, notice that their hair is thinning prematurely for several different reasons. Age, menopause, pregnancy, genetics, illness, and other factors all play a role in hair loss. Sure, you can use drugs or you can go in for a hair transplant or fusion, but sometimes the easiest, most inexpensive solution, is to try to stop hair loss naturally.

Yes,your hair will grow back....
Shiny, healthy hair is a reflection of a healthy body, so it's like two for the price of one. Just like your body, your hair needs a balanced, nutritious diet to stay healthy. So follow this recipe for healthier hair, and be amazed at the difference it makes!

Water

Water makes up one-fourth of the weight of a strand of hair. Moisture makes the hair supple, so make sure you get plenty of fluids. A key point is NOT to wait until you're thirsty. If you're thirsty, it means your body has already lost more water than it should have, and it's urging you to fill up the tank. Water not only hydrates your body, but helps keep your hair silky and shiny. Ideally, you should drink between eight and ten glasses of water a day.

Protein

Protein is the building block of hair, so a diet for healthy hair contains an awful lot of protein! Protein will give the shaft of your hair more strength, and will reduce the likelihood of dame through snapping and splitting. You can get protein from foods like fish, meat, milk, cheese and cereals.

Minerals

Iron helps to carry oxygen to the hair. Without enough iron, hair and its follicles get starved of oxygen. This means that the ‘goodness’ in the root of your hair is much less effective along the length of the strand. You can increase your iron intake by eating red meat and dark green vegetables, or by iron supplements.
Zinc builds hair protein which helps to prevent hair loss. Meat and seafood are the foods highest in zinc.
Copper is involved in the pigmentation of hair. You can optimize your natural color with a diet with plenty of copper. Who needs hair dye and fake color! Shellfish, liver, fresh vegetables, nuts, seeds and meat are all high in copper.
Vitamins

Vitamin A will give you a healthy scalp, because it’s great for the skin! You can get vitamin A from foods like vegetables - in particular, in carrots. (So it’s good for the waistline too!)
Vitamin B and C are important for good circulation, hair growth and hair color. If you ensure that you have enough vitamin B and C, you’ll have strong, supple strands of hair that do not split. You can get these vitamins from eating foods like fruit, vegetables, cereals, eggs, milk and bread.
So follow this healthy guide… be sure to add in a hefty dose of daily exercise to keep that blood pumping… then add proper hair care on the surface! Go ahead! Try it!

Good Luck!

You need professional help and some really good products. I'd schedule a visit to the salon.

It will probably grow back, but I would let it go natural for a while as to avoid further damage.
