Last week i told a guy friend of mine at work that it would be better that we didn't talk so i can get over my crush on him since he's in a long distance relationship with another girl, as a matter of fact, she's in the Phillipines and he's here in the US. Before this happened, we joked around about hooking up, but then i felt bad and hurt about us joking about it. I told him that i really wanted to do it since i like him, but he has a gf and that it wouldn't be wise if we did it. Anyway, i got angry with him since he didn't respond back to me after I texted him Happy New Year's and I ended up sending him another text calling him a "dog" and that i didn't want to have anything to do with him, then later i apologized via text. Then the next day , I wrote him a letter telling him how i felt hurt about us joking around, and the fact we just treat each other as professionals. He's ignoring me, no hello, excuse me, thank you, nada and i'm thinking he's a jerk.

Bebe!!!! You're confusing him because you almost confused the heck out of me. You're spazzing out.....take it from the Queen of Spazzing!!
Take a moment for some mental self-inventory. Reflect on you. Give him a chance to digest this....you're gonna scare him....he has a crutch (the GF in the Phillipines)..so if you want him to be in your life, don't push him away with your 'Fatal Attraction'- like actions.
Chill. Relax. Breathe. When you get the urge to text him, get up and do something else.....ANYTHING else.

He is really just doing what you told him to do. I wouldn't be getting mad at him for you liking a guy that has a girlfriend.
