You don't know? I will tell you:
1 year = 365 or 366 days
1 day=24 hours
1 hour= 60 minutes
1 minute=60 seconds
So can you find out now? I hope you can manage a simple calculation...

60sec in 1 min; 60 min in 1 hour
60min*60sec=3600 sec in 1 hour
24 hours in 1 day
3600*24=86400 sec in1 day
365 days in 1 year
365*86400=31536000 second in 1 year
But if you're talking about the 2nd day in each month they're 12 because its 12 months in a year and each month has a 2nd!
