You're muscle bulk will be partly determined by the testosterone levels in your body as you were growing up and possibly due to having a physical lifestyle.
Blue eyes is nothing to do with it.

well i have blue eyes and i am not muscular....but then again, my face isnt stuck to the mirror 24/7 either....
